Claim Central New Zealand’s rapid growth has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Claims Consultant with strong home/contents experience within the insurance industry as well as extensive working knowledge of the insurance industry and processes

Your new role:

  • Join a newly formed, close knit team that has rapidly expanding opportunities.
  • Project manage your own portfolio of claims from start to finish including being responsible for the communication with Policyholders, Insurance Clients, Trade Repair Partners and coordinating the rectification of the property. 
  • Investigate and respond to any client issues immediately and escalations. 

Your experience:

  • 3-5 years previous insurance experience in domestic claims (commercial experience would be advantageous)
  • In depth knowledge of the NZ Insurance industry with the ability to interpret and communicate policy wordings
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to quickly build rapport with clients and team
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve team results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with extensive computer literacy
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with efficient time management skills
  • Have a demonstrated track record of performance against targets/deadlines/KPI’s
