Due to this growth an opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join our Siemsen Restoration team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-standing relationships and is interested in developing their leadership and management capabilities within a close-knit environment! 


What will you do?

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers, clients, trades and staff
  • Overseeing the end-to-end management of the claims process within predefined SLAs whilst focusing on improving the customer experience through each touch point
  • Supporting and driving the continuous improvement of processes and team productivity
  • Coaching and mentoring a team of Restoration Supervisors
  • Supporting the GM Restoration with workforce planning and capacity/resourcing requirements
  • Act as an escalation point for complex claims
  • Record accurate and detailed case notes for claims and maintain updates of client portals
  • Review, analyse and prepare reports and data to identify and understand required actions for claims
  • Regular reporting on risk management, CAT management and client feedback to the GM Restoration
  • Contacting clients to gather and/or provide feedback and evaluation data on the process and quality of works completed
  • Liaise directly with insurance professionals and specialists to coordinate restoration works of the property or replacement of contents

Who are you?

  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a team
  • Previous experience in insurance and/or restoration (highly desirable)
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Proven customer service focus
