 Claim Central is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor. You will be making sure all jobs are completed within set schedules and on, or under budget. You will be working closely with Trades and Suppliers on projects, and working with Clients to keep them up-to-date on project progress.


As a Site Supervisor, you will be the face of our company, dealing with Operations Managers, Estimators, Clients, Claim Supervisors and many more. You will be working with new state of the art technology,  You will ensure 100% Compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures and the designed process.You will manage projects to ensure trades and suppliers deliver a quality product that is on budget and within the allocated repair schedule.


To be successful in this role you will need traits such as Customer Focus, Rapport Building, Accountability, Ownership, Flexibility and the Agility to handle and thrive in a fast paced environment.


A day as a Site Supervisor looks like:

  • Monitoring and managing Site Safety
  • Managing projects to ensure trades and Suppliers deliver a quality product
  • Investigate and respond to any client issues immediately
  • Ensuring all completed jobs have been physically inspected and a quality assurance assessment is completed prior to authorisation of the project being invoiced
  • Supporting our trades wanted team in developing and managing local Trade partner relationships
  • Positively leading and supporting change

Required skills & experience:

  • Trade Qualification OR Tertiary education in Building, Construction, Project Management, Contract Administration or Estimating
  • Experience in the building industry (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Efficient in data entry/typing
  • Competent using a computer (e.g. work, excel, outlook)
  • Insurance industry experience (desirable)
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised individual
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to manage teams
