Insurx Operations Manager

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Insurx, as the Operations Manager you will guide and coach two Team Leaders in managing the growing TPA division. You will be working with new state of the art technology for end to end claims management, liaising with clients and business partners. 


Your day will include:

  • Overseeing and supervising the teams work activity whilst providing ongoing coaching and development to all reports
  • Measure, improve and maintain division performance and engagement
  • Interacting with our Customers, Clients, Trades and internal staff to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries in relation to escalated claims
  • Work alongside senior management to deliver customised results for our customers
  • Implementation of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement measures relevant to Insurx objectives

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills including business acumen
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring staff
