Due to this growth an opportunity has arisen for a Claims Support Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a School, TAFE or University student to start their career in the insurance industry!

 

What will you do?

  • Answer inbound calls and action accordingly
  • Provide emergency assistance when and where required
  • Liaise with Trades to award and follow-up costings related to make safes
  • Provide scope and excess support by liaising with Insureds regarding the acceptance of their scope and excess and updating Clients accordingly
  • Issue scope and contracts via Docusign
  • Manage a shared inbox and action required tasks daily
  • Liaise with Clients on any claims awaiting approval
  • Log claims for Clients in the claims management system, ClaimLogik
  • Ad hoc duties as required
